I am looking for any dogs that are maxed and are for sale pref ably foundations or dogs with TP near there, also they dont have to be breedable but my budget for neutered/spayed dogs is $4,000 ala cash.
I'm willing to pay most prices however my limit is $15,000 ala cash since I'm not going to be keeping these dogs for my self.

so why do i want them then?
The reason that im wanting any maxed dogs is so i can equip them with items so then i can give them away for free to users who want them, which i have been doing for a little time now.
